A culinary student and cottage bakery owner, I know how overwhelming cooking and baking can be. I also know how exhilarating it can be to try new things.  I believe in fresh ingredients – but I also know how it is being on a budget. I believe in decadence – but sometimes you just need a comfort food from your youth. And of course, I believe in cooking as a love language.
